Love Under September Skies: M&J’s Beautiful Parksville Wedding

Mellissa and Jarred chose to celebrate their marriage with a Parksville wedding at the reputable Tigh-Na-Mara Resort. In late-September, the summer crowds have gone home, kids are back at school, and the beach is much quieter. The sun sets earlier, and there is a refreshing coolness in the air.

With a later ceremony, the sun was already beginning its slow decent, and the skies were intensifying. After their beautiful ceremony at the gazebo, we snuck away for beach photos and sun-bathed golden hour goodness. At Tigh-Na-Mara Resort, there is this particular pathway that only receives sunset light in late September, and I was EXTREMELY excited to take advantage of this. Before heading down to the beach, I had the newlyweds kiss, cuddle and fling her dress in the rare golden glow. Such fine gold for the bride and groom!
