In Home Newborn Photos!
Be prepared for cuteness overload with these in home newborn photos of Courtney, Joaquin and of course little Renzo just 4 weeks old at the time of this shoot! This was my third occasion photographing this power couple. First, engagement photos, next, wedding photos, and then BABY photos! Oh my goodness! These two not only became pregnant and birthed their child just one year after their wedding, but also bought their first home and a business within that time frame as well. Entering their home felt peaceful and calm, just as they exude every time I meet with them. Shooting at home is something I always recommend. Capturing the setting where you’ve become parents for the first time, raising a little human is so precious!
In Home Photogenic Spaces
Courtney mentioned in her emails to me that their home is fairly small. No fret, I can make due with that! There were actually numerous photogenic spaces that we shot in. The living room couch, the pantry sliding door, the bedroom and a simple brown wall were all wonderful settings. With multiple windows, I did not have to use my flash and simply used the natural ambient light pouring in. I noticed a dried bouquet of flowers and asked where they were from. Courtney said they were from her wedding! How cool! I couldn’t help but include a few shots of them!
