Little Mountain Would-Have-Been-Married-If-Not-For-COVID Photos :)

Sabrina and Ian would have been married this year, however COVID-19 would postpone their wedding plans to the following year. I offered to photograph them on their original wedding date on top of the local Parksville gem, Little Mountain. They said yes! We spent the evenings golden hour on top of the scenic mountaintop enjoying the views while capturing playful portraits of them happy, in love, and making the most of their situation. With wedding guests travelling from abroad, they didn’t want to risk anybody’s health for the sake of their wedding. This was not an easy decision, and they had already tried changing their wedding date to later on in the year. However, once it was decided, they knew it was right and a worry was lifted. Very realistic and down-to-earth, these two already know that if next year is similarly difficult for abroad travelling, they will become married anyways. In the meantime, we now have a whole extra year to look forward to their Parksville beach-side wedding that will take place in next Springtime.

“We had to postpone our wedding because of Covid 19. Deanna was so accommodating. She offered us a free mini session on the day we were suppose to be married. We met at a beautiful spot and Deanna practised social distancing and was able to create beautiful pictures and memories. We look forward to her doing our wedding photography next year. Would highly recommend. She is a lovely and talented photographer. Thanks again Deanna.” -Sabrina and Ian
