Nourish Kitchen & Cafe, a Unique Victoria Wedding Venue

Artemis and Tim married in the small garden at Nourish Kitchen and Cafe, downtown Victoria, BC. This is a unique wedding venue in Victoria that focuses on providing nourishing food as a cafe and restaurant, and is available to rent for events. The 1888 heritage house was converted into a restaurant and is absolutely stunning inside. Artemis is a major food lover and had actually worked here before. The setting was very meaningful to them, and having a mind-blowing amazing meal was a priority. The cooks that ended up catering the event knew Artemis, meaning that the food was made with extra love ;) ♥

Wedding Day Details

The reception area was held downstairs in the main restaurant part of the building. Upstairs was another bathroom, a dessert and bar room, and a casual hangout room with a DIY photobooth and memory album for guests to leave a cute photo and caption in for the newlyweds. The outdoor garden space is lush with fresh herbs that are used in the kitchen menu, and this was also the place they chose to exchange their vows and become married. Their personal vows were both very emotional and well-written. There were tears in the crowd as Tim spoke soulfully. Artemis had family from China visit, it would be their first time meeting Tim and his family too. Overall, this wedding was filled with love, incredible food and beverages, and was very beautiful inside the architecture of an old 1888 heritage home in Victoria.
